Broughton Manor is a school where every pupil knows that they belong, where each individual child is known, cared for, respected and valued. We celebrate the individual contribution made by each member of the school community for the unique and irreplaceable part that it plays in the life of the school and nurture an awareness of the responsibility that we each carry for the wellbeing and happiness of every member of the Broughton family.
We are a school which inspires creativity. As Head, I believe it is my job to ensure that every child has the opportunity to uncover their potential wherever it lies, to help them develop the curiosity to discover the aptitudes and passions that will enrich their whole life. I believe a great early years and primary education is one that helps children discover a life-long love of learning and that ensures that whatever they do in the future is a matter of choice and is not limited by unexplored potential.
We are also a school that is focused on achievement in all of its many guises. We are rightly proud of our academic successes in helping children secure places at their secondary school of choice. We are equally proud of the rounded, confident and enthusiastic young people who leave our school to embark on the next stage of their education with a foundation built on an excellent education in a school where they feel safe, inspired and loved – a Broughton Manor education.
