Fundamental skills and mental agility in maths are taught from the start at Broughton Manor. We believe core skills are at the heart of mathematics, but equal emphasis is also put on the understanding of how and where to apply these skills in the most effective ways. As a school we have a track record of achieving highly in maths exams and Broughton Manor children often win local maths competitions. Mastering new methods and solving new puzzles is embedded into our children’s daily learning, and a love of maths is encouraged throughout the school.  We value mathematics as an adventure for everyone.
